FAQ

  • 1) What is ProfitSave?

ProfitSave is your all-in-one solution to effortlessly join the Bitcoin mining market. Our platform takes care of everything—from acquiring high-performance mining hardware to managing logistics and operations—so you can focus on the rewards. No need for specialized knowledge or infrastructure; we handle all aspects of the mining process, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • 2) How do I start with ProfitSave?

Click on Sign Up or on the Get Started button and follow the instructions during the registration process. Choose a package that suits you and let ProfitSave manage it. Monitor your account and enjoy your earnings.

  • 3) What is Hashpower?

Hashpower (or hash rate) is the computing power used in Bitcoin mining to solve complex mathematical problems and add new blocks to the blockchain. It is measured in hashes per second, with a higher hashpower increasing a miner's chances of receiving rewards. A higher hash rate in the network also improves the security of the Bitcoin network.

  • 4) How can I refill my balance?

After successfully logging in, you can send the corresponding value in various cryptocurrencies (e.g. USDC) in the menu under “Refill Balance”. After selecting the appropriate currency, the receiving address will be displayed. This is required for the exchange (e.g. wickie.io) or your ledger, your bitbox or a so-called hot wallet such as Exodus. Select the same currency and the same network that you want to use to send the crypto amount.

  • 5) Where can I get BTC or USDC?

You need an exchange (e.g. wickie.io) where you can exchange e.g. euros for BTC. After registration and verification, you can send your country-specific currency (e.g. euros) there by normal IBAN transfer, exchange this amount into Bitcoin, for example, and then send it to ProfitSave (see FAQ question no. xxx).

  • 6) How do I pay the maintenance costs?

This depends on your own strategy. It is possible to pay the maintenance costs from the fresh Bitcoin earnings (provided that the earnings are higher than the costs). However, the Bitcoin holdings are reduced by this strategy. If, for example, the maintenance costs are transferred monthly as a savings plan to ProfitSave in the form of USDC, the maintenance costs are taken from this amount and the absolute amount of Bitcoin increases at the same time.

  • 7) Can I also reinvest the Bitcoin earnings?

Yes, this is possible. You are free to choose what percentage of the Bitcoin earnings are reinvested in the form of the purchase of Terahash. This increases the hash power for Bitcoin mining. If 100 percent is set, the maintenance costs must be transferred separately. This can be done monthly or annually in advance.

  • 8) Is it possible that the miners may also come to a standstill?

Of course, high-performance computers may need to be serviced or repaired or, in extreme cases, may fail completely. We cover all these eventualities and your miner will work for you 24/7. Profitsave assumes all downtime risks. However, the prerequisite is that there is sufficient balance to cover the daily maintenance costs (e.g. for electricity). These are always taken from the USDC balance first and - if this is empty - from the Bitcoin balance. Therefore, make sure that your balance always has sufficient stock.

  • 9) When and how often can I withdraw my Bitcoin generated through mining?

This option is available to you at any time. In the “Money withdraw” menu, you can select the corresponding Bitcoin amount and the address to which you would like to send it (e.g. to the exchange wickie.io). To do this, you can display the receiving address of your exchange or your private wallet - usually under Deposit or Account Details - and copy it into the “Withdraw address” field in ProfitSave.

  • 10) Is there a referral program?

Yes, there is a referral program. An application for participation in the referral program can be made in the ProfitSave dashboard on request. Further information can be found under Affiliate Program Agreement.
